A semi truck owned by Inc. of Salt Lake Arrowhead City driven by James Heddleston of Grangeville Utah struck a UP utility pole two and a half miles west of Soda Springs Tuesday around 6 pm. A strong wind whipped the empty trailer and caused the jackknife. Sheriff Ralph estimated damage around 100 dollars.
