Labor Day reunion of Bruce school teachers and alumni was held at the Bruce school grounds with a dinner in the yard and a program in the school house. Decllamations and readings were given by local women and a full officer slate was elected led by Rose Riester as president and Lina Davidson as treasurer. The A. J. Kinney family held its ninth annual reunion at F. M. Kinney's home three miles north of Carey with a noon picnic. Officers elected for the next year were F. M.
