Two Brothers Charged With Stealing Twelve Pigs
Wylie Hamlin, 28, and Dee Hamjing, 30, Kentucky natives, faced Judge Charles Emmert in Fos toria municipal court on theft charges for taking about twelve 30 pound pigs from Hancock county farms.
