The Wyandot Memorial Hospital board approved tentative plans to nearly double beds, from 34 to over 60, with an L shaped addition north of the back wing. The project, funded partly by a possible .40 mill tax and aided by potential federal funds, would include expanded OB capacity and new general wards while awaiting final district voter approval.
