Private Paul Blue Dies in France in World War I
News from Carey reports Private Paul Blue of the Quartermaster Corps died May 7 in France during World War I. He was born near McCutchenville, lived in Carey, educated at Carey Public Schools and Heidelberg Business College, and enlisted December 1, 1917. He is survived by his parents, a sister Mary Catherine, and two brothers Merle E. and Russell. many relatives visited to console the family.
