Work Begins on Food Locker Plant on S Vanee Street
Interior work has started to prepare buildings on S Vanee street for a food locker plant. Significant remodeling is needed before installation. Death letter from chaplain details Pvt Tong’s WWII death
Captain E C Hill, chaplain of the 405th Infantry, informs Mrs Hobart Tong of the death of her son Pvt Clarence E Tong during a February 25 combat drive from the Roer to the Rhine.
