Prominent Citizen L. Frank Hoy Dies by Suicide
L Frank Hoy a well to do Mr Blanchard resident hanged himself last Monday after noon in his home. He had appeared cheerful in the morning. A son was recently sent to an asylum in Columbus for feebleminded youths. A note found states he had not been himself since taking the gun away.
