Wharton barber vanishes after visit to farmer in missing case

On Friday evening the Ep worth League hosted Forest League guests to a banquet at East Main street’s M. E. church. About thirty Forestites arrived by train for supper and games followed by a grand march and verses. Local leaders and guests spoke as Carl Mitchell’s quartet performed. Injured Wrestler Herbert Stillberger Hurt At School
Herbert Stillberger twelve year old son of Mr and Mrs William Stillberger of three miles northwest of town was badly injured Monday during a wrestling match at Shuman school. A boy doubled him head between knees and Herbert strained to free him causing a fall. He is semi conscious and troubled by vision but believed to be recovering. doctors cite a severe nervous strain as the cause.

A calf with two heads four eyes three ears and two evenings in one was exhibited at Harshberger's meat market Tuesday. The cow, owned by Lynn Shuman of Nearoria, gave birth last Friday and the animal was sent by Mr Harshberger to Greenville Maine to be mounted.
