L H Krauss and others petitioned for a Buck Run ditch improvement in Amanda township Hancock county and Ridge and Richland townships Wyandot county. The joint county board granted the work January 13 1943 then set aside the finding April 27 and dismissed the petition citing cost not less than benefit. The appeal moves to Hancock county common pleas court.

Total estimated cost 26118 dollars. Proposals require a 5 percent bid bond and compliance with state wage schedules. Director may reject any bids.
