Rural counties urged to oppose Ohio constitutional amendment

Petitions circulated by the Chambers of Commerce in 10 Ohio cities urge support for a constitutional amendment that would abolish the present equal county representation in the Ohio House. The current system ensures every county has at least one representative, while the State Senate is apportioned by population.
