Willis S. Turner died at his home near Carey on May 26 1926 from heart trouble while seated reading Funeral services were held at his home Friday at 2 pm Rev Lewis P Speaker officiating Burial followed in Spring Grove Cemetery Pallbearers were Wm Myers Wm Kimmel Tracy Johnson John Guttenberg Linus Reinhart and Barney Coldiron Turner born April 5 1854 in Hurontown Ohio married Catherine Green in 1879 with five children surviving. he spent most of his life in Wyandot County and belonged to the United Brethren church.
