Death of Peter Moes in Wyandot county obituary notice
Peter Moes died Monday evening at 8 15 at the home of his daughter Mrs Carolyn Collet four miles southwest of town after six months illness. He was born September 11 1845 in Luxemburg Germany and spent 61 years in Wyandot county. He married Migs Theresa Dostervat St Bealfane Johiprah January 22 1878. Survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild plus one surviving daughter Carolyn Collet. Funeral services at Our Lady of Consolation church led by Rev Othmar Miller with interment in St Marys cemetery. Pallbearers named John S Fox Joseph Jacoby Ralph Brown Herman Dorr Raymond Orians Joseph Thiiery.

An 844-pound daughter was born Friday to Mr. and Mrs. Hilarion Haubert at home south of town and christened Mary Louise at Our Lady of Consolation in Eugene Haubert of Detroit and Miss Gertrude Haubert of Frenchtown as sponsors. A daughter was born Saturday night to Lieut. and Mrs. M. M. Bradley of Annapolis at Columbia hospital Washington D C named Carolyn Gertrude in honor of two grandmothers. Lieut. Bradley is a son of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Bradley of E Findlay street. A 6-pound son was born Wednesday morning to Mr. and Mrs. Winfield Tong at the home of Mrs. Tong’s parents on E Findlay street. An 8-pound daughter was born Thursday June 30 to Mr. and Mrs. Alerd H Gutenberg of Salem township named Irene Mary.

Former Minister Buried in Sidney Funeral
Rev. J. C. Rinehart former pastor of the United Brethren church in St. Marys died of apoplexy while serving at Sidney. Several St. Marys friends attended the funeral Tuesday. He is survived by his wife and three children including two sons in the ministry. He previously led Beech Grove United Brethren church south of town.

Quick Get Away: Clay Shuman Returns from Lakeside Chase
