Brother of Cotulla Man Injured in Boiler Explosion
Joseph Wonder received word that his brother Lewis of Cotulla Texas was badly injured in a boiler explosion while adjusting a traction engine used to draw water from the Nueces River for irrigation. The engine tipped and struck him causing head facial injuries. he was unconscious for a time and later his wife reported he was somewhat better.

Motorcycles Invested Across Findlay and Hancock County
The Findlay Republican reports about 11200 invested in motorcycles in Findlay since January 1 1912 and an estimated 25000 in Hancock county. One Findlay dealer sold 26 machines in the spring and could have sold more if factory supply allowed. Average price listed at 200 dollars.
