The Community Institute sponsors poster and writing contests judged February 26 and 27. Prizes similar to last year include a pencil for each writing entrant. Heidelberg College choir to tour eastern states
The Heidelberg College concert choir from Tiffin will tour January 24 to February 3 visiting Ohio Pennsylvania and New York cities. The 60 voice ensemble directed by Ferrig E. Fire Destroys Cal's Market

Western trip ends with blizzard in Tennessee

Home Return Of Patient Donald Yingling From Mercy Hospital
Donald Yingling was brought home to his parents in Tiffin from Mercy hospital after a 2½ week stay for an infection in his left foot. He previously suffered an injury on December 22 in Upper Sandusky when a casting fell on his foot, severing the large toe at the first joint, leading to his hospitalization.
