Lumber yard destroyed by fire under investigation
A Sunday night blaze gutted the 60 by 120 foot main building of the Perkins lumber yard on Patterson Street destroying two trucks and much inventory. Fire officials reported water pressure issues and possible arson as investigators questioned a suspicious auto seen near the yard minutes before the fire.
