The Carey Jaycees present Dixie Land Jubilee a minstrel show at 8 pm tonight and again Saturday night March 2 at the high school auditorium. Local talent Singers and a large chorus perform favorites with soloists and specialty acts plus an orchestra and pianists. Tickets available at the door or from any Jaycee member.

The Della Gilliland Chapter of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union hosted its annual Frances Willard Tea in the Findlay High School cafeteria with forty attendees. Police Court Docket Totals Four Cases in Carey Week
Police Justice Clyde Jenkins disposed of four cases in the past week. Paul Craft 20 of 12644 S Vance Street received 60 days probation and fines totaling 25 dollars with 860 dollars costs for disturbing the peace. Wayne E Powell 53 of S Mancie Street paid 10 dollars fine and 860 dollars costs for failure to yield right of way. Ralph E Decker 20 Route 2 was fined 15 dollars with 460 dollars costs for speeding.
