Funeral rites for A M Wonder held. Indiana man laid to rest
Blue Lodge Masons conduct the funeral for A M Wonder of Indiana Pennsylvania with services at the Stief residence. Rev P F DeVaux delivers the sermon as pallbearers from the lodge carry out the rites. Wonder, 58, former division highway superintendent, died of heart disease in Indiana. He is survived by relatives in Carey Ohio and Fos-Toria. Bodies moved to Carey for interment.

Banquet Honors Winners of Bible Class Contest
Last Saturday at Miss Velma Campbell’s home the Younger Ladies Bible Class and the Young Men’s Bible Class held a banquet. Harold Shock’s class won by about forty points, adding five new members while the ladies added one. A three course dinner preceded a program and a tree contest where Mr. Shock won a prize. The hosts presented the victors with a blue and gold pennant.
