Two Held For Area Thefts In Wyandot County
Robert Hackworth and Clyde Lemaster were bound over to the Wyandot county grand jury after preliminary hearings in Upper Sandusky on charges of breaking and entering with intent to steal from the U S Implement Co. Bond set at 3000 each. Police recovered items from Hackworth including a radio and electric razor and found other stolen goods linked to the case.

Injured in Exploding Window at Upper Sandusky Store
Albert Niederkohr of Niederkohr Bros Contractors and Richard Roberts of Stephan Lumber were hurt when a store front window exploded during removal from Neikirk’s vacated rooms in Upper Sandusky. Niederkohr suffered severe facial cuts and loss of part of his right ear. Roberts received head cuts. Niederkohr underwent surgery at Wyandot Memorial Hospital and was later released.
