Two Apprehended On Breaking and Entering Charges
Two Marion youths, Richard L. Caskey and Donald Eugene Fortner, were arrested by Carey Police Officer Jack Orians after a car sleeper discovery at Bowl-Era lot. James A Janchius 41 of Columbus nephew of George Pickens is appointed coordinator of programming and financing for Governor Rhodes. Former state auditor aide since 1957 he directed Rhodes campaign programs and press relations and will liaison with Finance Director Krabach on mental health industry development welfare education and youth matters.
