The Carey Ohio village council resolves to construct a sidewalk on the south side of Findlay Street along Lots 72 78 and 74 in Carey and Dow's addition. The mayor must serve notice of passage to abutting landowners as required by law. Passed November 20 1900. HART Clerk.

Thomas. Various Wisners, Thomases, and Clarks connected with Findlay, Upper Sandusky, Independence, and Verge Thomas households.
