Livingston and Lytle Family Reunions Reported
Sixty three Livingston relatives attended the 15th Livingston reunion at Carey park with attendees from Upper Sandusky Findlay Forest Toledo Arlington and Ada. L Livingston was elected president Howard Livingston vice president Mrs Roy Woodard secretary and Miss Rachel Livingston treasurer. The 1926 reunion will be held at the park on the fourth Sunday in August. Relatives from multiple Ohio cities plus Cadillac Michigan attended the Lytle reunion in Findlay with sixty nine present. Louis Lytle of Columbus was named president Mrs W L Carlin Findlay secretary and Mrs Fred Lytle Carey treasurer. The 1926 Lytle reunion will be held in Columbus.

The Carey church ended a two week gathering with high praise for its outcomes. Attendance was strong across three services with meals provided. Edith Tripp Visits Home as Editor Follows Father’s Footsteps
Miss Edith Tripp daughter of Carey Times first editor passed through town en route to Highland Falls near West Point Military Academy. She was born in Carey and left with her parents over 50 years ago. Her father Mr Frank T Tripp died last year and was editor of The News of the Highlands the only local paper at West Point. Since then Miss Tripp has taken over the duties of her father and is editor of the paper.

Henry Crumrine died Friday August 14 at his Adrian home from a heart attack after breakfast. Funeral services were held Monday at 2 30 p m from the residence with Rev H V Thomas officiating. He was born September 22 1860 in Pennsylvania and spent most of his life on a farm. Quarry Elevator Accident Leaves Nye with Fractured Skull
Russell Nye suffered a fractured skull when a stone fell from an elevator at a stone quarry last Saturday. He remained unconscious for a period but has begun recovering at Mercy Hospital in Tiffin, where he was allowed to sit up briefly on Wednesday.

Thieves Loot Burson Kurtz Store Then Abandon $30 Suit
Last Friday Burson and Kurtz clothing store suffered a theft with investigators noting two foreign men and two accomplices, all of similar appearance. A Nash car fleeing at high speed wrecked on Spangler hill and hidden Burson Kurtz stock was found in Findlay area. Sheriff seized the auto with New York plates as Findlay police did not locate the men.
