P Haines, son of Addison Haines of South Park, died in Columbus on Monday morning. W W Bender of Upper Sandusky traveled to Columbus Monday noon and accompanied the body to the Bender Funeral Parlors for burial preparations.

In common pleas court Judge Charles F Close presided Tuesday a sale of Liberty Airless Tire property to R A Moore for 43000 is confirmed as in accordance with law and prior decrees. Moore’s assignment of rights in the Studebaker-Wulff Rubber Co receiver is handled by directing deed transfers to the company conveying all right title and interest of Liberty Tire in the sold property.
