Charles Bucksiegel, 22, jailed in Cincinnati after two women cornered him following a five mile chase. He is accused of stealing 17 silk scarfs valued at 35 dollars. Bertha Veith, 28, a Goldsmith Clothing clerk, identified and helped arrest him by commandeering a passing auto. Buckstezel was found with the scarfs five miles from the store and jailed at the sixth district station.
