Massillon May 22 Spy City Solicitor T C Davis filed a complaint with the Public Service Commission of Ohio at Columbus charging the Northern Ohio Traction Co with poor street car tracks and failing to modernize city lines The six complaints allege bad tracks on West Main East Main Akron and South Ernest streets and that the city lines use old hand brakes instead of air brakes The company must answer within 10 days and hearings may be held in Massillon if possible
