Columbus May 14 A review of briefs filed with the state utilities commission shows a roughly 30 million difference in the valuation of Ohio Bell Telephone Co properties. A parcel post package containing dynamite addressed to Gov. Alvan T. Fuller was found at a Boston postal station. Parker D. Colvin, chief post office inspector, notified the governor. The attached letter warned him over his Sacco and Vanzetti case consideration.
Madrid May 14 The Spanish government agreed to convert the Barcelona military base into a civil airdrome that will become the center of an international commercial system of air service. Dirigibles and airplanes will operate between European cities and eventually to America.
