County cannot pay back blind relief funds under court ruling
The county will not issue back payments for April to August when the old blind relief program was invalid. Attorney General Hogan had urged back pay to cases with unpaid relief orders, but Auditor Oberlin says that does not apply here. Sixty five relief applications were filed last week. no funds have been dispersed since last August.
