Murder jury resumes work in Davis case in Cincinnati

Washington March 27 Copies of the current issue of the Saturday Evening Post reveal Mrs Woodrow Wilson has asked the publication to refrain from publishing letters written by the late president to establish her right to control or prohibit disclosure of his correspondence. Congress men question her intention to assert a property right over letters written on government stationery. President Taft held such letters were government property. An earlier look at files showed the Wilson family had taken away nearly all important letters when Harding took office. No test of the property rights can occur until someone sells or copyrights them, as authorities say no one, not even the widow, may sell or pro per as official letters.
