Irene Shrader murder trial defense plea rejected

At EW Castle Pennsylvania Judge Hildebrand ruled that insanity as a defense cannot excuse murder. The trial paused as defense witnesses were limited and Irene Shrader may testify before adjournment. State witnesses include Irene’s acquaintance Glenn Dague though he faces separate indictment.

An exchange of transfers between Northern Ohio Power Co and Canton Motor Coach Inc will be requested by city officials to ease a tense transit situation.
