Harry Roubanes and William Roubanes owners of the Depot confectionery on Tuscarawas Street were each fined 100 dollars and costs and sentenced to 30 days in the workhouse by Juvenile Judge Abe Friday for selling cigarettes to minors. Ike Andreas owner of the Point confectionery pleaded guilty to the same charge and paid 25 dollars and costs.
