Allied troops repel Austrian attack with heavy losses on the enemy side. German defenders suffer casualties as Yankee fire injures enemy officers and airmen, while one air ace earns new distinction in the fighting.
Federal agents examined a steno copy of Eugene V. Debs's Sunday Canton speech praising Bolsheviks and attacking federal courts.
