Stark County officials and John Over superintendent of the workhouse are summoned to appear before Federal Judge Killits in Toledo to explain paroling of Toledo prisoners from the workhouse on liquor law violations. Colonel Fred W. Galbraith national commander of the American Legion killed in an automobile crash in Indianapolis will have funeral services in Cincinnati Saturday afternoon. The body will lie in state in Music Hall tomorrow with Theodore Roosevelt to speak. Mrs Galbraith prefers burial at Spring Grove Cemetery and Arlington burial permission was not pursued.
