Revision of national guard camp plans was made necessary early today because Ohio troops will require a camp to themselves. West Virginia two regiments of infantry will encamp at Hattiesburg Mississippi along with Indiana and Kentucky guards leaving Ohio alone at Montgomery Alabama.
