Charles Raspiller, sixty four, committed death by own action at his home 1918 Crowell SW early Saturday morning by shooting himself through the forehead. Ill health and grief over his wife’s death three years ago were cited by Coroner McQuate as causes. Miss Molly Karcher, his niece, found him at 9 15 am after giving him his medicine at 1 80 pm. The revolver used was an .88 caliber weapon, held close to the head to muffle the report. Body taken to Seesholtz undertaking establishment for burial preparation.
