James H. Baldwin president of Dunlop-Ward Advertising Co. died after tumbling from a sixth floor inside room at Hotel Cleveland. Coroner rules self infliction. Baldwin had registered the night before and showed signs of distress. He lived in Cleveland Heights and was active in civic affairs.

Miss Helen Jones 31 of 206 Park Ave SW is not expected to live after a Sunday auto crash near Dunkirk New York. The first assistant cashier Herbert McKee in the same car is listed in fair condition with a broken hip and injuries. Jones a teller for Citizens Building and Loan Co was with a party from Cleveland heading to Niagara Falls when the vehicle overturned on a temporary bridge. Passersby freed them and rushed them to Dunkirk Hospital where officials said Jones's condition remained unimproved.
