Youth Saved From Train After Tragic Near Miss
Twenty five year old Joe Eweruck of Latonia Ohio narrowly escaped a fatal outcome when a west bound freight train and an east bound stock train converged at Stark Siding. A fireman shouted a warning as Eweruck stepped onto the moving stock train and his right foot was badly crushed though amputation was averted. He was brought to Mercy hospital in Miller Blanchard’s ambulance and treated by Dr. S B Post.
