D L Scott twenty, of East Sparta, died at Mercy hospital at 2 30 Friday afternoon from gangrene after a fall from a cherry tree. He was admitted Wednesday and his left arm amputated before doctors could halt the infection. Scott, who was working near his home, left behind a wife and an eight month old child. Continuous hospital treatment followed the injury.
