Three Year Old Dies After Strychnine Ingestion
George Seblic, three, of Wooster Avenue Louisville Road, died in Mercy hospital from strychnine poisoning after nibbling pills he found in a box. His parents, Mr and Mrs Steve Seblic, reported the child had swallowed about six pills, causing convulsions. Dr C N Clark treated him at Mercy hospital, but he died shortly after arrival.
