Blind Seek Lost Rope At Picnic At Stark Council Event
The first annual picnic of Stark council No. 7 International Federation of the Blind was held in Nimila park. About 150 blind persons and friends attended. S B Dierkort won the lost rope contest, Miss Carrie Dierkort won the ladies race. A rope was hidden in the grass for a blind search, and the men crawled on hands to locate it. The picnic will be held each July hereafter.
