The will of Isaac Harter directs the continuation of the Bank of Isaac Harter & Sons for ten years with his executor empowered to incorporate the business. He leaves life insurance exceeding $130,000 to the bank, with the remainder to his widow and estate. His brother Jud Henry W. Hare named sole executor.
