The decree awarded custody of their two children Harry Leon Wilson Jr and Helen Wilson to the mother. The suit claimed cruelty and that he lacked a sense of humor.

In Washington on January 28 a favorable report on the Johnson Reece Canyon dam bill is expected from the Senate Commerce Committee within ten days. Senator Johnson of California, co author, stated here today. Senator Johnson said Chairman Smith of the House Irrigation Committee also predicts a favorable report after hearings begin next week.
