Albert L. Thayer, designer of the Molly Stark Sanitarium, was found guilty of bribery in Judge Charles Krichbaum's court. The verdict carries a sentence of one to 20 years. Thayer will appeal and remain free on bond. The alleged bribe was 7500 dollars from George F. S. Melbourne, hospital contractor. Rear Admiral Thomas Snowden, 72, former division and squadron commander of the Atlantic Fleet during World War I, died at his Washington home.
