Prosecution of nearly 100 unlicensed chiropractors arrested at the state medical board’s urging will proceed. Ohio Supreme Court rejected the Ohio Chiropractic Association’s bid for a restraining order against the board. Prosecutor Mack said he would resume prosecutions against six Canton chiropractors next Tuesday. Three local chiropractors were convicted Wednesday and fined $500 and costs by Judge Bowman.
