Thomas Vowells twenty three of 614 McKinley avy SW was electrocuted when his thumb touched a live wire two feet above the ground while starting to cling a pole for Ohio Power Co south of North Canton. He died instantly. He had worked a year and a half for the company after moving from West Virginia. Surviving are his wife, his mother Mrs Thomas Vowells Akron and several siblings. He belonged to Canton Lodge of the Knights of Pythias. Funeral at home Friday two o’clock with Rev Ira Warner in charge. Burial at Westlawn.
