A Morphine haul and a hypodermic kit were found at Fraley’s home. Heuschkel was nabbed with another ten dollars of morphine.
Cincinnati residents Jane Persung and Aire Harrop Rastaller were overcome by fumes in their home yesterday. Firemen say a smoldering cigarette started the blaze. the man dropped it after being overcome, and both were rescued and are recovering in a local hospital.
