Columbus Elk Joseph Frillman Dies After Theater Attack
Joseph Frillman 46, superintendent of the claims division in the attorney general s department and deputy of the Columbus Elks district, died suddenly after a coughing attack at a theater. Two foreigners held on $25,000 bonds in juvenile case
Chenos and Gust Raptis were jailed on $25,000 bonds each for contributing to the delinquency of a 13 year old girl. The girl's mother Mrs. Bertha Rush was held in connection with the case.
