Hold Man For Killing Two In Chillicothe
Curtis M. Withrow was arrested and to be taken to Portsmouth on a charge connected to the deaths of telegrapher Hugh Nichols and Mrs Nichols at the Burhoe home. Police said jealousy sparked the quarrel between Withrow and Nichols after a dispute involving Mrs Withrow.
