Arguments to make permanent the temporary injunction granted Canton barbers against the city health department to prevent putting into effect certain health measures with respect to local shops will be heard within two weeks, it was stated Thursday. The health regulations were to have been effective Thursday but were stopped by a court restraining order granted by Judge Hubert C. Pontius. The Journeymen barbers claim provisions are impractical and that the examination requirement is unconstitutional. They allege many barbers notified their employers they will not submit to physical examination.
