Washington December 5 Postmaster General Burleson issues ten commandments for parcel post during Christmas season. Observers should mail early wrap and address parcels before arriving at the post office windows prepaid postage clearly write the address include sender and addressee in upper left corner on parcel use strong paper and cord tag perishable items and mark fragile items.
