Stockholm Dec 1 Premier Kerensky of Russia has been arrested at Vladimir by Bolsheviki soldiers and imprisoned, according to a report from Haparanda today. Vladimir is 110 miles northeast of Moscow. It was reported in Petrograd yesterday that Kerensky fled to Finland where he is now hiding.
