In Columbus on August 20 a 21 month old child, Fielding Maness, endured surgery to remove a button and a wedding ring from its lungs after weeks of poor health. Aug 20 Pittsburgh reports Paul Wisniewski, 31, arrested in Wheeling West Virginia, positively identified by Allegheny County jail bookkeeper Paul Belswenger as the man who supplied revolvers to two murderers who escaped from the jail Thursday afternoon.
